Using mindfulness, breathwork, and nature therapy, students developed emotional regulation, concentration, and stress resilience while also learning to connect with themselves and each other. This retreat provided a safe space for students navigating academic stress, social pressures, and personal growth, fostering self-awareness, emotional balance, and peer support.
