• Our focus
    is to promote well-being and personal growth
    using mindfulness-based positive psychology interventions.

    Our approach uses mindfulness-based positive psychology and cognitive behavioural therapy interventions.
    Individuals learn tools and strategies to change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour,
    leading to improved emotional well-being, increased resilience,
    and a greater sense of overall satisfaction and fulfilment in life.

Positive Psychology

Positive Psychology uses a strength-based approach, where we emphasise the individual’s strengths and virtues to help them build resilience.

We work to cultivate positive emotions such as gratitude, joy and hope, as scientific studies have significantly linked these emotions to increased well-being.

We do this through positive evidence-based interventions like gratitude exercises, goal-setting techniques and mindfulness practice.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness emphasises paying attention to the present moment without judgment.

Our approach is to cultivate a non-reactive, but instead responding and accepting attitude towards one’s thoughts, emotions, and sensations.

We teach stress reduction modalities such as meditation and deep breathing techniques to reduce stress, increase relaxation, and improve overall mental well-being.

We promote self-compassion and self-acceptance, where we encourage individuals to be kind and non-judgemental towards themselves.

Cognitive Behavioural Interventions

Cognitive Behavioural Interventions aim to help individuals identify and change unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours that contribute to distress and negative emotions.

By using this approach, we teach individuals effective problem-solving techniques to address challenges and obstacles in their lives.

By developing these skills, individuals can feel more empowered and capable of managing difficulties, leading to increased well-being.
